Return and Exchange Policies :
RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY :
- CHANDER BURI normally does not permit exchange or return of their products as per its business policy, as we thoroughly check our product before dispatch. Still, in case of finding a damaged product after you open the package, kindly provide/upload a video of opening the package send an e-mail to chanderburi2025@gmail.com with the video as attachment. If we permit the exchange or accept the returning of the product, we will let you know via e-mail.
The policy is valid for a duration of 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Upon receiving the returned saree, our quality control team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the saree passes the quality check, we will initiate the exchange or refund process. The refund process will only be initiated if exchange is not possible due unavailability of the product.
- The items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for return or exchange.
Kindly take note of the fact that exchange is permitted only if the stock is available. After you receive the e-mail, kindly return the product to the address given in the website at your own cost of shipping with original price tag and in voice (dispatch of the product from your end should be within five (5) working days after you receive the email from our side. We will refund the entire amount (without shipping charge, if any) to the original source of the payment in case of online payment within 3 business days and in case of COD kindly provide your bank details with the product code you want the refund of, via e-mail to chanderburi2025@gmail.com. The full amount except the COD charge, if any, will be refunded to the provided bank account within 3 business days of receiving the e-mail.
